These terms govern access to and use of the Villa Savina pre-arrival guest and visitor registration experience, including reservation verification, identity and contact information submission, and related communications about registration completion.

Program description
This registration experience allows a verified reservation holder, guest, parent, guardian, or authorized visitor to submit required pre-arrival registration details for persons associated with a Villa Savina stay or visit.
Acceptance
By submitting information through the Villa Savina registration experience, you agree to these Registration Terms of Use and to the related Privacy Policy presented through the registration flow.
Eligibility and authority
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to complete registration for yourself or, where applicable, for a minor under 18 years of age for whom you are a parent, guardian, or otherwise legally authorized representative. Adult guests and visitors 18 years of age or older must complete the registration process themselves unless Villa Savina expressly permits otherwise.
Reservation verification
Registration may require a valid reservation confirmation code or other verification details. Villa Savina may reject, pause, or cancel a registration if submitted information does not match reservation records, appears incomplete or inaccurate, or raises operational, legal, or security concerns.
Required information
Guests and visitors may be asked to provide identifying, contact, travel, and document-related information, including passport or identification details where required for legal compliance, community security, arrival management, or operational needs.
Communications and verification
Villa Savina may send one-time or limited registration-related communications by email, SMS, or other reasonable means to verify identity, confirm completion status, request corrections, or support arrival coordination. Message and data rates may apply for SMS delivery depending on your wireless carrier plan.
Timing and completion
All persons associated with the reservation or approved visit may be required to complete registration no later than the stated deadline before arrival. Failure to complete required registration in time may delay access, check-in processing, visitor approval, or other arrival-related services.
User responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is truthful, current, complete, and provided with appropriate permission. You agree not to impersonate another person, upload fraudulent or misleading documents, interfere with the registration experience, or use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purpose.
Review and approval
Submission of registration information does not guarantee approval, access, occupancy rights, or visitor authorization. Villa Savina may request additional information, require corrections, or decline a guest or visitor registration where permitted by law and necessary for safety, compliance, security, or property operations.
Availability
The registration experience is offered on an as-available basis. Villa Savina does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or error-free performance, and the experience may be modified, limited, suspended, or terminated at any time.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Villa Savina is not responsible for losses, delays, interruptions, document issues, data entry errors, or other damages arising from use of the registration experience, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
