Villa House Rules

These house rules are intended to protect guests, neighbors, staff, and the Villa Savina property. All guests are expected to review and follow these rules throughout the stay.

Important: Fines imposed by the Owners or the Pedregal Security Office for rule violations are the responsibility of the guests and may be deducted from the security deposit.

No Parties or Events

Parties of any kind are not permitted at the villa. DJs and loud music are also prohibited. Violations may result in fines of up to $1000 imposed by the Pedregal Security Office.

Noise Curfew

Noise is not permitted outside the villa after 9:30pm or before 8:00am under any circumstances. If music is played in the evening, all doors must remain closed and guests must stay indoors. Violations may result in fines of up to $1000 per occurrence.

Excessive Noise

Outside curfew hours, music, loud talking, yelling, and other noise must still remain at reasonable levels. If guest noise interferes with neighboring properties, fines of up to $1000 may be imposed by Pedregal Security.

No Glass by the Pool

Glass bottles, cups, plates, and similar items are not permitted in or around the pool. Plasticware is available. If glass is broken in or around the pool, it must be reported immediately; the pool may need to be drained and cleaned, and a $1500 fine may be imposed.

Pool Safety

No diving is allowed. Do not sit or stand on the pool perimeter, and do not bring cushions, chairs, towels, or other objects into the pool.

Registered Guests Only

All guests must be registered in advance with Pedregal Security. Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted at the villa. Violations may result in fines of $750 per occurrence, per day.

No Smoking

Smoking, including cigarettes and cigars, is not permitted inside the villa or anywhere on the property. Violations may result in fines of $500 per occurrence.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted inside the villa or anywhere on the property. Violations may result in fines of $500 per day.

Parking

Guests and their vendors must park in the driveway or directly in front of the villa. Do not park in front of any other villa, as Pedregal Security may impose fines for violations.
